PIMCO is seeking an experienced Defined Contribution Solutions Strategist to join the Defined Contribution Solutions team. The role focuses on design, development, positioning, and commercialization of PIMCO's DC platform, partnering with Product Strategy, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Account Management, and Corporate Retirement to drive growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in institutional DC space or related field.
Experience developing, positioning and/or commercializing DC investment solutions.
Strong understanding of the DC product ecosystem and market trends.

Responsibilities

Lead development and commercialization of DC investment solutions and products.
Create investment narratives and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption.
Collaborate with plan sponsors, consultants, advisors and retirement stakeholders.
Position DC products with distribution teams and communicate competitive advantages.
Develop client-facing materials and contribute to thought leadership publications.
Represent PIMCO at conferences and client events.
