Plexus Resource Solutions Ltd seeks a Head of Growth for Lending Markets to drive growth of a leading on-chain lending protocol. Fully remote in the US, you will own pipeline, relationships and campaigns from first contact to funded positions.

You will collaborate with the CEO, analysts and BD team, building lender/b borrower relationships, tracking campaigns, and optimizing incentives with data-backed decisions. Requires DeFi growth experience and finance background.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in DeFi growth, business development, or capital markets.
• Proven ability to convert outreach into deposits or retained capital.
• Strong financial knowledge: cash flows, funding costs, spreads, risk-adjusted returns.
• Experience with lending markets and major protocols like Morpho, Spark or Compound.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a pipeline of lenders, borrowers, loopers, vaults and treasuries.
• Own counterparty relationships and drive funding and retention.
• Identify rate/collateral issues and propose data-backed changes.
• Run incentives campaigns and track outreach, conversions, and retention.
• Coordinate with incentives and BD teams to turn interest into funded positions.
• Monitor competition and explain capital flows between protocols.
