Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling an acquisition engine for a consumer financial product.
• Experience growing a company from early stage to scalable growth.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the consumer acquisition strategy, identifying channels and propositions for sustainable growth.
• Develop liquidity provider relationships and capital-acquisition opportunities where relevant.
• Establish clear performance targets and use data, experiments, and customer insights to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Lead and expand the growth organisation in collaboration with product, marketing, BD, and senior leadership.
