This role involves driving integrations in the DeFi space and shaping product design and strategy. Candidates should have deep familiarity with the DeFi ecosystem, advanced DeFi strategies, and strong communication skills. Competenze

• Deep familiarity with RWAs, stablecoins, money markets, and structured yield platforms.
• Demonstrated understanding of advanced DeFi strategies.
• Prior experience at a lending protocol or stablecoin issuer.
• Comfortable with smart contract logic and EVM-level design implications.

Mansioni

• Own and scale DayFi’s DeFi business development function.
• Shape and refine the design of DayFi’s yield products.
• Provide strategic input into core DeFi roadmap.
• Coordinate joint incentive programs with partners.
• Work with engineering and marketing teams for seamless UX.
