You will collaborate with senior leadership and investment professionals across finance, marketing, technology, and legal to shape financial strategy and performance. This role offers growth in a fintech environment with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or strategic finance.
• Microsoft Excel mastery with financial modeling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Understand drivers and fundamentals to solve complex business problems.
• Forecast and plan for the company; maintain long-term consolidated forecast model.
• Partner with business teams to define metrics, provide financial insights.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting, cost tracking, and KPI reporting to teams and Board.
• Assist in budgeting and monthly budget-to-actual reporting.
• Support Executive Team on Board communications and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist corporate development and capital markets initiatives, including potential raises and M&A.
• Use data analytics to derive insights on performance.
• Leverage AI to improve reporting and forecasting processes.
