Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 4+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and tracking cost/schedule/performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling practices.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing projects under compressed timelines.
• Knowledge of configuration management and quality management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and deploy mission-critical solutions for DoD programs.
• Provide technical oversight for projects involving advanced system modifications, platform integrations, and rapid prototyping.
