Qualifications

• Strong background in systems engineering (requirements management, integration, verification, validation).
• Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and scheduling techniques.
• Knowledge of EVM and tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Proven success leading high-impact technical projects with tight schedules.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and manage risk.
• Excellent communication to engage stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Understanding of configuration and quality management for compliance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps backlog management.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).
• Proven ability to synthesize data to resolve complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and deploy mission-critical solutions.
• Provide technical oversight for system modifications, platform integrations and rapid prototyping.
• Plan, monitor, and execute projects within compressed timelines with customer alignment.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and risks while delivering quality solutions.
• Coordinate integration of mission systems and testing under operational conditions.
• Collaborate with U.S. government agencies, operators, and field users to refine requirements.
• Maintain compliance with DoD standards and create detailed lifecycle documentation.
