TurbineOne is a frontline perception company delivering decision advantage, situational awareness, and force protection. The startup automates portions of the military intelligence cycle while keeping operators in the loop, and is actively deployed by every branch of the Department of Defense.

We are seeking a candidate with a military background who can write clearly, research effectively, and learn quickly in a defense-focused startup environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Military career with sustained, superior performance.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in conducting basic research and drafting background papers and presentations.
• Ability to learn and synthesize complex information quickly.
• Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to push outside comfort zone.

Responsibilities

• Serve on a client-facing team and quickly understand client priorities and TurbineOne’s work.
• Conduct independent research on cross-functional topics and develop materials for internal and external use.
• Assist with strategy and tactics for business development, including mission needs identification and market research.
• Develop and maintain a professional network within the national and international security ecosystem.
• Engage in technology, business development, and role-specific trainings.
