Job summary

Turbine One, a frontline perception company, seeks an experienced product engineer to shape product direction alongside leadership. You will own front-end experiences, work with design and product teams, and help define what gets built for global Intelligence and Security staff.

The role emphasizes autonomy, ambiguity management, and rapid delivery in a small, high-performance startup environment. Eligibility to obtain U.S. government clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product engineering or front-end client development.
• Proficient in reactive frameworks (Vue, React, Unity).
• Experience with Golang and MongoDB.
• API design with REST and GraphQL.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product experiences on the T1 AI and Networking platforms for Intelligence and Security staff globally.
• Collaborate with Design and Product Management on feature design and delivery trade-offs.
• Act as product owner shaping code directions and features.
• Develop front-end architecture and design system using Vue 3 on a Golang backend with MongoDB.
