Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience developing technical publications
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and document version tracking
• Produce maintenance and operator manuals or similar defense-related documentation
• Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical publications per Government standards
• Produce and update manuals and support materials
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, SMEs and government representatives to gather data
• Update and revise legacy documents
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and publishing standards
• Support technical reviews and verify documentation accuracy
• Maintain configuration and version control of engineering docs and CD久RL deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical publishing tools
• Strong document control and configuration management practices

Responsibilities

• Document system architecture and interfaces for C++-based software.
• Develop technical flow diagrams and support Agile software activities.
• Gather and validate technical data with engineers, SMEs and government reps.
• Maintain configuration and version control of engineering documentation.
• Produce manuals and support materials aligned to government standards.
• Support technical reviews and verification activities for documentation.
• Update legacy documents and ensure compliance with contracts and CM processes.
