Job summary
CX2 Inc. in El Segundo, CA is seeking a highly skilled Signal Processing Engineer to join our defense tech team.
The ideal candidate will design, implement and test signal processing algorithms using MATLAB and Python, with experience preferred in defense contexts. This on-site role requires working closely with radar and EW subsystems, owning requirements and verification from concept to delivery, and staying current with advances in adaptive beamforming, RF ML, and PNT resilience for
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering with emphasis in signal processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 3–5 years of signal processing experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, characterize, and deliver signal processing algorithms (e.g., channelizers, adaptive filters, MIMO).
- Contribute to Python repositories using CUDA and PyTorch.
- Own requirements, ICDs, and verification from concept through delivery.
- Track advances in RF signal processing, adaptive beamforming, and resilient PNT for GPS-denied ops.
