Job summary

RH Aero Systems, based in Mason, Ohio, seeks a Customer Account Manager to coordinate quoting, orders, and reporting for U.S. Government and defense OEM accounts.

You will work across Sales, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality to ensure accurate, timely delivery and compliant documentation. The role emphasizes detailed customer communication, status updates, and collaboration with internal teams to manage complex updates from request through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Government, Department of Defense, or major defense OEM customers.
• Direct experience preparing or submitting quotations and pricing, entering orders, and communicating order status for U.S. Government or major defense OEM customers.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. Government contractual flowdown requirements.
• Experience using government or customer portals for quotation, order, or status-management activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial and operational contact for assigned U.S. Government, military, and major defense OEM customers.
• Manage customer requests, RFQs, quotations, bids, and follow-up from receipt through submission.
• Coordinate pricing, lead-time, technical, compliance, and availability inputs with internal stakeholders; prepare quotations in SAP or coordinate with Pricing Specialists.
• Create and maintain opportunities and sales-funnel information in Salesforce, and support supplier questionnaires and compliance documentation.
