Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead cross-functional capture and proposal development for complex government solicitations, ensuring responses are compelling, compliant, and timely.

You will review RFIs, RFPSs, and RFQs, develop management plans and compliance matrices, guide win themes, write proposal sections, coordinate reviews, and oversee production and delivery to ensure high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information per government standards.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with DoD, commercial and international acquisition practices.
• Ability to manage proposal preparation end-to-end, including scheduling and coordination.

Responsabilités

• Reviews RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to develop a response plan and provide leadership for the proposal effort.
• Creates proposal management plan, kickoff materials, storyboard, and compliance matrix to guide the team.
• Facilitates capture/strategy sessions to develop win themes and a compelling solution.
• Prepares and leads proposal kickoff meetings and status calls; maintains the proposal schedule.
• Writes proposal sections or entire proposals and coordinates reviews for compliance and quality.
• Oversees proposal production and delivery, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
