Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading capture efforts for defense programs.
• Experience building customer relationships and shaping opportunities.
• Understanding of capture lifecycle, pricing, and proposals.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture activities from qualification to proposal readiness.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with operational offices and stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities including follow-on work and partnerships.
• Drive pipeline growth through market analysis and competitive assessments.
• Collaborate with proposal teams on win strategies and pricing realism.
• Coordinate capture planning activities and governance.
