Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions seeks a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support for the Systems Development Department (SDD). The role assists with planning, scheduling, travel, expenses, and reporting, working closely with project managers, leaders, and customers.

You will coordinate travel, expenses, documentation, and project tracking, ensuring timely communication and accurate records while supporting onboarding, procurement, and IT-related tasks.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Excel, and SharePoint or similar tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail?oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for SDD and project teams.
• Manage travel program, expense reporting, and related logistics.
• Track project budgets and percent completion to identify shortfalls.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and project tracking matrices.
• Maintain documentation and onboarding, procurement, IT support coordination.
