Job summary

Magee Technologies (MTech) is seeking a Project Scheduling Analyst to support complex defense programs by developing and maintaining detailed schedules, conducting impact studies, and tracking milestones across engineering, development, and testing. The role requires a BS/BA and 3+ years in scheduling, with DoD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years in project scheduling, controls, or program management.
• Experience with DoD or government contracting a plus.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules using MS Project with dependencies and milestones.
• Ability to analyze complex project information and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules.
• Convert detailed schedules into briefing materials.
• Track budgets and project spend using AMODS data.
• Prepare engineering change and financial reports.
• Maintain risks and briefing materials for leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers, financial personnel, and program management.
