Magee Technologies (MTech) seeks a Junior Project Manager to steer defense-related initiatives, ensuring cost, scope, and schedule adherence. You will support planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects contributing to mission readiness and operational success.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project data, and communicating with stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in relevant field.
• 2–4 years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience with aerospace/defense projects is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project/Smartsheet.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
• Plan and track project cost, schedule, and performance through the lifecycle.
• Lead customer satisfaction while operating under the organization’s quality management system.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Track spending and cost recovery on charge numbers and analyze discrepancies.
• Develop and oversee detailed schedules and work plans.
