The Project Scheduling Analyst supports DoD programs by building and maintaining detailed schedules, performing cost/benefit analyses, and driving on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in project scheduling, project controls, or program management.
• Experience supporting DoD or government contracting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (dependencies, milestones, lead/lag).
• Experience using Excel for data analysis, PivotTables, charts, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Team with project leads to assist in managing projects.
• Create and update detailed project schedules.
• Convert detailed schedules into briefing materials.
• Gather data from project teams and update AMODS.
• Track and report project costs and funding status.
• Prepare project risk and issue updates and briefings.
• Document meeting minutes and actions.
