Mage Technologies (MTech) is seeking a Project Manager to direct high-stakes defense projects, ensuring on-time, under-budget delivery while upholding strict requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and risk, and communicate with customers, leadership, and engineering to maintain momentum and quality.

Formación

• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or MIS.
• 5-9 years of progressive experience in project management in defense contracting or related environment.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance metrics.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, scrum management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with DoD, NAVAIR or defense programs is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance metrics.
• Monitor execution against baselines and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, installation, quality, procurement, finance, data management, and other disciplines.
• Implement and monitor project performance metrics and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Document risks and mitigation plans.
