Job summary

Magee Technologies LLC is seeking a Project Scheduling Analyst to support defense acquisition programs. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, conduct impact studies, and produce financial and briefing materials across engineering, development, integration, testing, and sustainment activities. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in scheduling/controls, strong MS Project and Excel skills, and a willingness to work on-site at a U.S.

defense facility. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in project scheduling, project controls, program management, financial analysis, or related technical/business environment.
• Experience supporting DoD, federal government, defense acquisition, or government contracting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project (dependencies, durations, milestones, constraints).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reports.
• Experience tracking project costs, expenditures, funding, or financial status.
• US Security Clearance to SECRET strongly desired; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Team with project leads to assist in managing projects.
• Create and update project schedules and briefing material.
• Convert detailed schedules into simplified formats for briefings.
• Obtain and update project data in AMODS or equivalent MIS.
• Prepare project financial reports and monitor expenditures.
• Track spending and recoveries with project charge numbers.
• Prepare and present schedules to division heads.
• Document meeting minutes and action items.
• Develop and update project risks and workload reports.
