Job summary

You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external customers, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering - required.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role within defense or high-tech manufacturing - required.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies - required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Priority ERP system - a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Full project ownership from contract initiation through delivery and sustainment
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans in alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and budget constraints
• Lead and coordinate ongoing project activities, including documentation, design reviews, status meetings, contract reviews, and executive reporting
• Maintain close communication with clients and initiate opportunities for future collaboration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and subcontractors
