Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 1–3 years of program management experience in defense/aerospace/government contracting.
• Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-facing skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for defense and aerospace contracts, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government and industry customers.
• Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), and internal quality systems.
• Mitigate technical and programmatic risks proactively.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, technical reviews, and financial reports to senior leadership and customers.
