IMC Construction is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to drive commercial construction projects from post‑bid through closeout. You will balance client relationships, financial performance, and operational execution to deliver standout results.

You will lead teams, manage budgets and schedules, collaborate with estimators on buyouts, and uphold IMC’s safety standards on site while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5–10+ years in commercial construction, managing projects end-to-end.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control understanding.
• Experience leading buyout, subcontract negotiations, and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from post-bid through closeout, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, budget and client expectations.
• Support bid packaging with Estimating to lead thorough buyout process and ensure subcontractor scopes are complete and aligned.
• Translate estimates into project budgets, manage cost controls, review invoices, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Develop and manage the project schedule, proactively identify risks, and keep trades on schedule.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors with clear, professional communications.
• Uphold IMC’s Safety First culture and support site safety plans.
• Lead and develop Project Engineers and APMs, fostering strong subcontractor/vendor relationships.
