Job summary

CA C I International Inc. in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Project Manager to drive critical projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with technical, cost, schedule and contractual requirements.

You will coordinate engineering, production, operations, supply chain and business teams to meet milestones and deliverables across multiple programs, while maintaining IMS schedules and managing RMA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, OR a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry, or in a similarly highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or programs, including schedule development and maintenance using Microsoft Project (or similar tools).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet technical, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze IMS and related schedules for multiple projects.
• Own day-to-day schedule management: monitor progress and drive recovery plans with stakeholders.
• Track production status and coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Oversee and report on RMA/returns and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Prioritize across programs to optimize resources and outcomes.
• Communicate with logistics, planning, operations, procurement and finance to resolve issues.
