Job summary

Integral Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and manage the Business Systems Portfolio.

The role focuses on developing and integrating agency business systems solutions across personnel, financial management, telecommunications, contract management, and customer relations to meet DISA mission needs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field, 10 years of program management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• 10+ years of program management experience with budgets over $9M.
• PMI PMP certification and knowledge of AI solutions.
• Proven success in client relationships and growth.
• Secret clearance and strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, technical, administrative, performance, and personnel aspects of the contract and awards.
• Integrate key enterprise platforms and data services for seamless data exchange.
• Prepare program reviews, metrics, and executive-level briefings.
• Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan for resource management.
• Mentor team leads and drive on-contract growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager and liaison with government.
