Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Manager to support the DISA Business Systems Portfolio, delivering and integrating agency systems for personnel, financial management, telecommunications, and contract management.

The role focuses on identifying, recording, and reporting IT components, managing program data (CDRLs, white papers, status reports), and coordinating with distributors, customers, and support organizations on IT requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years combined experience in configuration management, CDRL/DAL tracking, document control, version control, technical writing, engineering documentation, and executive reporting on federal/DoD programs.
• Experience supporting technical, cybersecurity, systems engineering, acquisition, or digital engineering deliverables preferred.
• Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, record, and report all IT components, hardware, software, associated documentation, drawings, and configuration files, including their versions, specific components, and item relationships.
• Establish, maintain, and administer all program data related to this Task Order, including CDRLs, White Papers, Status Reports, Audit Reports, Agendas, Presentation Materials, and Minutes.
• Address technical inquiries, perform research, and interface with outside distributors, customers, and support organizations for IT related requirement issues.

The Configuration Manager supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Business Systems Portfolio develop and integrate Agency business systems solutions, which includes systems that address key area such as personnel management, financial management, telecommunication services, contract management, and customer relations among other support services to the DISA mission.

• Identify, record, and report all IT components, hardware, software, associated documentation, drawings, and configuration files, including their versions, specific components, and item relationships.
• Establish, maintain, and administer all program data related to this Task Order. The data shall include but not be limited to the following types of documents CDRLs, White Papers, Status Reports, Audit Reports, Agendas, Presentation Materials, and Minutes.
• Address technical inquiries, perform research, and interface with outside distributors, customers, and support organizations for IT related requirement issues.

Required
