Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) by developing and integrating agency business systems across personnel, financial, telecommunications, contract management and customer relations domains.

Based in Fort Meade, MD, the role involves design and analysis of server environments, ongoing performance monitoring, patching, security enforcement, audits, and disaster recovery planning to sustain mission-critical operations for DISA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field with 4 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing Automated Service Interruptions (ASIs) and STIG compliance.
• IAT Level II baseline certification.
• Registered IAT Level II baseline certification (preferred Security+ CE).
• Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide system design and analysis in support of program and mission-specific server environments.
• Maintain server efficiency by monitoring performance and managing disk space utilization.
• Ensure current patching requirements are met with ASIs and system availability.
• Maintain a robust network environment with regular testing and preventive maintenance.
• Implement and verify preventive security measures per cybersecurity policies.
• Provide weekly audit reports and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve incidents.
• Troubleshoot network component and configuration issues and implement solutions.
• Install, test, maintain, upgrade, and develop production and development servers and applications.
• Perform regular backups and validate backup plans and disaster recovery processes.
• Review audit logs and recover data as required.
• Enforce DoW policies, manage user accounts, and ensure proper access control.
• Implement patches including IAVA/IAVB/TA/TCNO and maintain STIG-compliant OS.
