Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, inventory control, production support, or task/project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; interface effectively with suppliers and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/MRP or inventory management systems.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage tasks, milestones, and deliverables across programs.
• Maintain schedules, status reports, and risk logs; flag delays to the Program Manager.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project control to align priorities.
• Support documentation control, reporting, and administrative workflow.
• Collaborate with procurement on open orders, material availability, and recovery plans.
• Prepare delivery logs and internal tracking documentation.
