Job summary

TSC in the United States is seeking a highly organized Program Support / Task Manager to help drive program execution in a defense setting. This dual-role collaborates with the Program Manager, procurement, engineering, logistics, and suppliers to keep tasks on track and ensure critical materials arrive on time to meet milestones.

You will maintain schedules and status reports, manage risks, support documentation and administrative workflow, and assist with material receiving, inspection

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, inventory control, or task coordination.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage tasks, milestones, and deliverables across programs.
• Update schedules, status reports, and risk logs, flag delays.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project control.
• Support documentation, reporting, and administrative workflow.
• Ensure material expediting, delivery logs, and regulatory compliance.
