Boeing Global Services in Ridley Park, PA seeks a Program Management Specialist to lead the training and sustainment portion of the contract with the USAF. You will manage multiple workstreams across product support, maintenance operations, and training systems, coordinating across cross-functional teams and ensuring contractual compliance.

Responsibilities include steering strategic direction, controlling budgets and schedules, and communicating program performance to senior leadership.

Formación

• Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience with defense programs.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Rotary wing / helicopter platform experience (preferred).
• EVM Earned Value Management (preferred).
• Maintenance and logistics sustainment experience (preferred).
• PM milestones, critical path, and ROI metrics (preferred).
• PMP Certification preferred (optional).
• Training program familiarity (courseware, instructional system design) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform program management activities per PMBP guidance.
• Guide development of business and technical strategies and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Oversee technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manage financial performance, earned value, cash and new proposals.
• Brief senior management and stakeholders on program performance.
• Shape long-term growth opportunities and ensure contractual compliance.
