• Experience working in a multi-disciplined government contracts environment.
• Experience supporting USAF product support work scope.
• Experience supporting proposal development.
• 3+ years’ experience using project management methodologies, including developing project plans, performance management, and managing issues and risks.
• Experience with Department of Defense projects.
• Experience working modification and/or sustainment programs.
• Willing & able to travel up to 25% of the time domestically.

Responsabilidades

• Perform program management activities in accordance with accepted project management industry standards and internal PMBP guidance
• Collaborate with the Bomber programs in Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) and Boeing Global Services (BGS) Functional support to drive collaboration, productivity, innovation, integration and excellence to improve on time delivery performance
• Actively manages financial performance, earned value management and new proposal opportunities
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Brief senior management, customers and stakeholders on program performance
• Shape and execute long-term strategic direction on growth opportunities
• Ensure contractual compliance, baseline execution within budget and schedule
• Engage with military customer and strengthen relationship
• Manage Product Support scope of work for USAF programs
• Strong EVM background and demonstrated experience using EVM to manage and guide a program
• Manage the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) process with support from key stakeholders (i.e. Engineering, Finance)
