You will ensure alignment with technical requirements, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with clients, government agencies, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, resource allocation, and compliance with DoD regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years in program management within defense, with land systems focus.
• Strong technical background in engineering, manufacturing, or defense tech.
• Experience managing defense contracts, including DoD acquisition processes and regulations.
• Proven ability to engage with clients, government agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple defense programs from inception to completion.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Act as primary contact for clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize resource allocation and execution.
• Ensure compliance with defense standards and contractual obligations.
• Prepare reports and briefings on program status and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technical advancements.
