Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager II to oversee complex programs with emphasis on technical performance, cost, and schedule. You will define objectives, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and SOW requirements.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and maintaining risk management and earned value metrics to grow program scope while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Program Management Professional Certification.
• 5 years of Program Management experience, DoD contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, plan schedule, and manage budget.
• Control scope changes per quality system and contracts.
• Ensure objectives for scheduling, engineering, quality, and cost are met.
• Lead and direct work of others within scope and responsibilities.
• Manage SOW requirements and establish risk management program.
• Report status and communicate with customer and management.
• Coordinate cost estimates for labor and materials.
• Oversee hardware/software integration and testing.
• Travel up to 25%.
