Job summary

Advantageous candidates will hold a TS clearance, have 7+ years in program management in defense or commercial sectors, and be ready to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field.
• 7 years of project/program management experience in commercial or defense industry.
• Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance targets for medium to large projects.
• Establish project/program performance measurement baselines and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with functional teams to recruit, retain and develop key talent.
• Manage all phases from inception through completion, ensuring cost, schedule and performance.
• Act as primary customer contact, lead reviews, and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to manage suppliers and monitor performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities and respond with appropriate actions.
• Support win strategy, competitive captures, and compliant proposals.
