Job summary

Genex Systems is seeking a Program Manager to lead the facilities and infrastructure buildout behind a major Air Force fighter-training beddown at Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

You will coordinate planning, design, and construction across multiple beddown projects, maintain schedules, develop cost estimates, and provide weekly reporting to leadership. A TS/SCI clearance is required, and U.S. citizenship is necessary.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Community Planning
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Strong working knowledge of project scheduling and cost-estimating practices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with 633d Civil Engineer Squadron PMs to integrate planning, programming, and execution across beddown projects
• Align requirements between end users, contracting squadron, and PI Office leadership to keep work moving
• Track the planning, programming, and implementation status of every project in the beddown program
• Develop draft planning documents and cost estimates using government data and methodologies
• Build and maintain project schedules (e.g., Gantt charts) for government review and approval
• Provide weekly input to the program's Weekly Activity Report
• Stay current on and follow the Air Force's 32-series Civil Engineer instructions governing this work
