Job summary

Genex Systems seeks a Program Manager to lead facilities and infrastructure buildout for a major Air Force fighter-training relocation at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. You will oversee planning, design, and construction efforts with direct program visibility and accountable execution across beddown projects.

The role requires an Engineering/Architecture/Planning degree and an active TS/SCI clearance, plus strong scheduling and cost-estimating skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Community Planning.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong working knowledge of project scheduling and cost-estimating practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with 633d Civil Engineer Squadron project managers to integrate engineering planning, programming, and execution across all beddown projects.
• Align project requirements between end users, the 633d Contracting Squadron, and Project Integration Office leadership to keep construction and renovation work moving.
• Track the planning, programming, and implementation status of every project in the beddown program.
• Develop draft planning documents and cost estimates using government-provided data and methodologies.
• Build and maintain project schedules (e.g., Gantt charts) for government review and approval.
• Provide weekly input to the program's Weekly Activity Report.
• Stay current on and follow the Air Force's 32-series Civil Engineer instructions governing this work.
