Job summary

You will interact with government and industry customers, present updates, manage risks, and ensure FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR compliance on on-site programs in the St. Louis metro area. U.S. citizenship required for government work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 1-3 years of program management experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
• Track record leading multidisciplinary teams and managing more than one program at a time.
• Strong communication and organization skills, and comfort working directly with customers.
• U.S. citizenship (required for government contract work)

Responsibilities

• Run programs end to end against contract scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Lead internal teams and manage subcontractors and stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and procurement.
• Build and maintain working relationships with government and industry customers.
• Identify technical and programmatic risks early and drive mitigation.
• Present status updates, technical reviews, and financial reports to company leadership and customers.
• Keep programs compliant with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR export controls, and the company's quality system
