CAES Defense Systems Division seeks a Principal Program Manager to support key defense programs, interfacing with Prime Contract customers and leading all stages of the program lifecycle. You will manage internal engineering and manufacturing plans, provide status to customers, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

The role emphasizes development of program plans, budgets, and risk management, with adherence to FAR/DFAR/ITAR and other regulations. A PMO leadership quality is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
• 8+ years’ experience in program management with a concentration in electronics/communications supporting U.S. DOD or foreign military governments.
• PMP Certification preferred; aerospace/defense experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and maintenance of program plans and budgets covering technical, financial, and schedule aspects.
• Monitor orders, revenue, profit, and cash to ensure programs stay on track.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time completion and contract compliance.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and manage risk throughout the program lifecycle.
