Textron Systems, a division of Textron, seeks a Project Manager for Hill AFB, Utah to own a subset of a major defense program under a Sr. Program Manager. You will collaborate across the program office to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting mission objectives.

The role requires excellent organization, teamwork, and clear written and verbal communication, with a results-driven mindset and ability to work across organizational boundaries in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar discipline.
• Experience working on project teams with schedule development and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage financial, technical, and schedule requirements of program components to deliver on-time and cost-effective solutions.
• Understand IMS and critical path for a subset of the program and mitigate delays.
• Support CAMs in execution to baseline budget with robust variance reporting.
• Interface with suppliers and internal Procurement to communicate program updates.
• Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders and work with customers as needed.
• Assist with proposal generation and submittal to the customer.
