Job summary

Lyntris, a defense technology company, seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler in San Diego to lead and refine program-level master schedules using MS Project Online and related tools.

You will interface with program managers, engineers and external stakeholders to ensure schedules align with objectives, manage risks, and present briefing material to leadership across the Navy and allied partners. U.S. citizenship and security clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields in business or engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, integrate and analyze large dynamic schedules in MS Project Online.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with program objectives.
• Validate schedule logic and refine scheduling needs.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Run and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiency.
• Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in achieving program objectives.
• Prepare scheduling briefs to be presented to different levels of leadership.
