The incumbent performs planning, scheduling, and reporting to ensure DoD travel services align with funding and milestones, supporting resource decisions and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt analytical techniques to measure and improve program effectiveness.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DoD passenger travel laws, regulations and policies including JTR and FMR.
• Skill in developing solutions and evaluation criteria for travel services.
• Experience contributing to decision-making and planning of resource requirements.
• Coordination with staff, contracting officers, and vendor management on milestones and budgets.
