Air Force Civilian Service seeks a Lead Program Analyst (Defense Travel) in Arlington, VA to lead a small team and coordinate travel policies for the Air Force Materiel Command. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, travel ~15 days/year, and operate in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of 3 or more employees, plan and oversee team activities.
• Communicate assignments, monitor milestones, and balance workloads to align with objectives.
• Provide training and guidance on team building and work methods.
• Comprehensive knowledge of travel functions, policies, and procedures related to mission, management, and operations.
• Use analytical techniques to identify, resolve, and present complex issues and trends.

Responsabilités
