Job summary

Sensata Technologies’ Dynapower division seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and develop power conversion and control systems for defense applications across land, sea, and air platforms. This hands-on role covers system-level electrical design, control circuitry, and test documentation to support new product development and qualification activities.

You will create schematic packages with AutoCAD Electrical and OrCAD/Altium, select components for reliability and MIL-STD

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain electrical schematic packages in AutoCAD Electrical and OrCAD/Altium.
Select and integrate control system and power electronics components.
Support prototype builds and testing for qualification activities.
Prepare design and test documentation for new products.
Engage with customers to gather specifications and schedule expectations.
