Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Operations Project Manager (OPM) in Elkton, MD to coordinate daily PMO interfaces across Manufacturing, Testing, SCM, Engineering and Shipping. The role focuses on productive meetings, cost/schedule targets, and manufacturing readiness for program success.

The candidate must have DoD Secret clearance eligibility, strong project management skills, and experience with ERP systems like Costpoint or SAP, plus MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and project management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD U.S. Secret Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Experience with Costpoint, SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage interfaces between PMO, Manufacturing, Testing, MA, SCM, Engineering and Shipping.
• Facilitate internal meetings to support production, testing and problem resolution.
• Lead manufacturing planning and readiness efforts and act as CAM for manufacturing.
• Support BOM development on development programs and proposals.
