Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) efforts at Fort Meade, MD, supporting the GSM-O II contract. The role requires coordinating with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor activities, ensuring on‑time, within‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in DoD program management.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Masters with 6–10 years.
• Self-starter, highly organized with multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects to support planning and implementation of the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN).
• Develop end‑to‑end project plans with schedules, risks, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with technical resources and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including CDRLs and meeting minutes.
