Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support DMDC/CYPRIMES programs. The role focuses on external connectivity compliance, PPSM processing, and firewall reviews to ensure DoD requirements are met. Active Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

BS + 4–8 years of relevant experience or MS + 2–6 years
Experience designing and planning network systems
Experience with enterprise network engineering, network architecture, or connectivity design
Experience reviewing firewall, port, protocol, service, and network-boundary requirements
Experience translating connectivity requirements into network design and implementation
US citizenship and active Secret clearance required

Responsibilities

Support external network-connectivity compliance and PPSM registrations
Review network implementations for DoD connectivity and cybersecurity requirements
Review firewall requests and evaluate ports, protocols, services, and paths
Prepare, review, submit, and track PPSM registrations and technical implementations
Validate PPSM requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Identify network boundaries and ensure alignment with CAL and DoD requirements
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve deficiencies and support CAP/SNAP processes
Maintain inventories and compliance of connectivity registrations and approvals
