Job summary

Leidos in the DMDC CyberPRIMES program seeks an experienced Network Engineer to support DoD connectivity, PPSM registrations, and firewall/boundary design. You will review requests, coordinate with system owners and government stakeholders, and help ensure enterprise-wide compliance.

Requirements include a BS with 4+ years in network engineering, experience translating connectivity needs into design, and an active Secret clearance. Roles at Monterey Bay/Seaside CA facilities may be involved.

Qualifications

• BS or higher with 4+ years of network engineering experience
• Experience designing and planning network systems
• Experience reviewing firewall/ports/protocols/services requirements
• Ability to translate connectivity requirements into network designs
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required

Responsibilities

• Support external network-connectivity compliance and PPSM registrations.
• Review firewall requests and evaluate required ports, protocols, services, and boundaries.
• Prepare and track PPSM registrations for submission and implementation.
• Validate PPSM requests for completeness and compliance before submission.
• Coordinate with system owners, network teams, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy of connectivity registrations and assist audits.
• Develop and maintain procedures for connectivity registration, compliance, and renewals.
