Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced Network Engineer to support the DMDC CyberPRIMES program. The role emphasizes compliant connectivity, PPSM processing, and DoD network standards across DMDC and OUSD(P&R) environments.

The candidate will review firewall requests, coordinate with DoD stakeholders, and help maintain auditable, secure network connectivity. U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required, with postings at Mark Center, Alexandria VA and Seaside, CA.

Qualifications

• BS or higher with relevant experience; education may substitute for some requirements.
• 4+ years designing and planning network systems.
• Experience with enterprise network engineering or architecture.
• Experience reviewing firewall, ports, protocols, and boundary requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support external network-connectivity compliance and boundary registrations.
• Review network implementations for DoD connectivity and cybersecurity alignment.
• Evaluate firewall requests and required ports, protocols and services.
• Prepare and track PPSM registrations and technical implementations.
• Validate PPSM requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve deficiencies in connectivity.
• Maintain inventories of connectivity registrations and approvals.
• Develop documentation for connectivity registration, approval, and audits.
