Job summary

DCS Corp in the United States is seeking a Modeling, Simulation & Analysis engineer to support mission-critical defense studies. This role focuses on building detailed military models, crafting authentic scenarios with operators, and scripting dynamic behaviors.

A BS in a technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus TS/SCI eligibility, are required. The candidate will collaborate with agile teams, analyze results, and present insights to stakeholders while travel may be required to

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required due to customer requirements.
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
BS degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with MS&A software and tools such as AFSIM, NGTS, CommandPE, OneSAF, or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Scripting or programming experience.
Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Build detailed military models and entities.
Work closely with operators and warfighters to craft mission scenarios reflecting authentic operational conditions.
Develop dynamic scripting for realistic behaviors and interactions.
Support MS&A study design and execution.
Analyze simulation results and present insights to stakeholders.
Work with agile software teams to enhance MS&A solutions.
Collaborate with study leads and customers to refine technical approaches.
