Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to customer requirements.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• BS degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS&A software and tools such as AFSIM, NGTS, CommandPE, OneSAF, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Scripting or programming experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Experience with MS&A software for system modeling and scenario development, including tools such as AFSIM, NGTS, CommandPE, OneSAF, or equivalent simulation environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to apply analytical and scientific methods
• Scripting or programming experience
• Ability to work well within collaborative teams
• Ability to travel as needed

Desired Skills

• MS degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Active TS/SCI or higher
• Direct experience using AFSIM to create engagement and/or mission level studies
• Experience developing virtual wargames
• Exposure to STK, JMP, Python, or R
• Familiarity with modern U.S. and foreign military systems
